Omg their phone lines are trash. Been on the phone for almost an hour and yes it’s normal business hours! when they finally answer they hang up! This is the 2nd time this happens. Another thing that happens often is it keeps rebooting to the previous menu over and over again like a glitch. Please do better!! Some of us have serious illnesses and require medical attention!!
