Dr Reyes medical assistant very rude and unprofessional with patients. Very entitled MA , very sad how these people treat our elderly Spanish patients. So today they told me they wouldn’t be able to see me anymore because I missed a few of my appointments. Mind you i tried calling to reschedule but their phone line was glitching and would not transferring me. It happened so often that I even recorded a video of it. I tried explaining that to her and she said it doesn’t matter. The issue is that I take a medication That gives me withdrawals if I stop taking it, and I tried telling her I only had seven of my medication films left. She was very unhelpful.
