Dr Reyes medical assistant very rude and unprofessional with patients. Very entitled MA , very sad how these people treat our elderly Spanish patients. Management must really suck at their job…heard a lot of bad things about this place had doubts until we went… DONT RECOMMEND HAVING YOUR HEALTHCARE JEOPARDIZE BY THESE PEOPLE WHO CANT EVEN TRANslate. So today they told me they wouldn’t be able to see me anymore because I missed a few of my appointments. Mind you i tried calling to reschedule but their phone line was glitching and would not transferring me. It happened so often that I even recorded a video of it. I tried explaining that to her and she said it doesn’t matter. The issue is that I take a medication That gives me withdrawals if I stop taking it, and I tried telling her I only had seven of my medication films left. She was very unhelpful. Worst clinic if u having a bad day why take it on a child ….. the doctor didn’t knock the door and hit my kids head with the door and told him in a mean way to move at least he said plz he didn’t say sorry or check if he was ok …. My son was coughing and the doctor told him to stand by the door
So I've tried to contact staff here about filing a grievance but yet no one knows who to point me to. Can anyone tell me to whom I need to contact or how to do so?
Dr Frerking is the best. He takes good care of me. He even goes and checks on the homeless people in the river bed. That's very dangerous for him but that's the kind of man he is. We need more Dr Frerking's. I don't know anybody can leave a negative review for clinic they go to for free. I think you need some gratitude. How about being grateful that you can go to see a doctor or PA for free.
