Dr Jonas has got to be one of the worst doctors you can see. Completely dismissive. Went and took my son for an ear infection, cough annd check lungs. He began to tell me I need to get a device from Amazon to check ears at home and let it run its course. He Rolled his eyes at me and told me there was no point In doing a virus panel (even after swab had been done) since there is nothing they can do with most viruses. If I could give Dr. Jonas a less than 1 star, I would. I went in for cough & sore throat. He met me for all of 5 seconds before he wrongly judged & insulted me by telling me I "need to go home & clean out my kitchen of junk & throw out those potato chips I eat." I do not eat potato chips or junk food for his information. I feel very angry that I have to pay him not only to insult me, but to NOT help me w/ my issue. Glad we have 2 urgent care clinics. Had a terrible experience with a Kyle G Dickinson, He seemed very angry very rude. I tried explaining myself to him and he kept cutting me off. I needed a translator and that seem to upset him more
Went to urgent care yesterday for sinus and ear pain and Dr. Jonas who saw me barely acknowledge what I came in for he instead lectured me on my weight and how just because I’m pregnant doesn’t mean I can eat whatever I want and that I have a monster in my head that doesn’t tell me when to stop eating and that I need to take it because it’s getting out of hand. Very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend him at all.
They took 3 hours I just want to leave.
