Went to urgent care yesterday for sinus and ear pain and Dr. Jonas who saw me barely acknowledge what I came in for he instead lectured me on my weight and how just because I’m pregnant doesn’t mean I can eat whatever I want and that I have a monster in my head that doesn’t tell me when to stop eating and that I need to take it because it’s getting out of hand. Very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend him at all.
They took 3 hours I just want to leave.
Went to urgent care yesterday morning found out have Hogh blood pressure and sinus infection was treated well by all the staff
One of the women who answered the phone was rude for no reason when I was inquiring about possibly going to them because of the need of a prescription. Told me it’s not an emergency to her which I assume it was because it was almost her weekend so she said wait until Monday.
I called on Sunday afternoon at around 5:30 pm, and the receptionist who answered the phone was very kind and offered different times that may work for me. When I walked into my appt time, I was happily greeted by the receptionist who helped my sign-in process go smoothly. The nurse and doctor were polite and ensured I got the best care. Dr. Partridge, I believe is his name, made sure to offer detailed guidance and care. Unfortunately, I didn’t get everyone’s names but they were all skilled and knowledgeable!
