Horrible experience. They do not communicate with the patient nor do they care about the patient's wellbeing. A prior authorization took their office over 4 weeks and they filled it out incorrectly. Perhaps the most incompetent office I've ever dealt with. If you care at all about your health, go elsewhere.
Dr Peng and Lesley Mori are great doctors.
This is a review of their Behavioral Health Department only- if zero stars was an option, Id give them that. If you need actual care, instead of a referral service, then dont go here. From the therapist who do their intake, telling me that I needed weekly therapy but she couldnt provide that for me so I needed to find my own therapist outside of their office, and then handing me a list of about 15 potential therapist. Mary Allen is very rude, was completely unhelpful and shamed me for my lack of understanding of my insurance policy. She has no compassion in a position that compassion should be mandatory. I understand why this hospital has a very low review score.
On august 12/2023 I went to emergency room for treatment of frequent headaches and throat problems. After waiting 4 hours, saw doctor. 3 blood tests and blood pressure. They had no answer for this only to recommend another doctor. When I arrived tried to give incompetent receptionist my medicare card . A few does later got a bill for self pay for $2900. I told them my medicare number and still am receiving bills. Callled medicare, who told me it should have been paid. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for the incompe... read more
