I've only been to the urgent care here. The staff are nice, the nurses doctors and PA'S have been awesome. I had been going weekly for dressing changes for my arm (2nd & 3rd degree burns) up until a week ago.
The front desk lady Ciera at the Laboratory area was being unnecessarily rude, giving attitude, and acting extremely unprofessional. You shouldn’t act like that at your grown age, at your workplace. Thought it was funny how it was just towards me as she was being rude to me but turning to her co workers laughing it up with their own conversation. Then continued to have a jolly attitude with an elder man that was right after me. Gave me judged vibes as if she knew who I was, grow up n act professional at your workplace.
This review is for one specific practitioner, the Nurse Practitioner named Robin. I filed a complaint about her last year, after she was incredibly condescending and rude to me during what was supposed to be a very simple urgent care visit. Fast forward to now, and I just heard from a friend that this same practitioner was beyond disgusting to her during an extremely vulnerable appointment. Doctors are decent. Staffing is terrible. Follow dumb rules and just have a terrible customer experience. You feel like you are always fighting with the staff here.
