I had an appointment on 3-22-2022 I waited for over an hour to be seen. There was an elderly gentleman who had his face mask under his nose and the Doctors nurse came out and told him in a very offensive tone to put it up and made fun of him in front of all the patients and staff. I was appalled! I have also left 4 messages to get the test results back from my thyroid ultrasound that was on 3-21-2022, to this date I still have not received a call. I have been seeing Dr.Lomeo since 1997. So over 24 years now. Every dr should be asking and caring as Dr. Lomeo. With my ear issues among other things is why I have had to see him so many years. I highly recommend him to everyone. Also, his nurse Judy has also been working with Dr many years and is just as wonderful as doctor. Dr.Lomeo deserves a 5-star rating. Dr Lomeo has been my ENT for many, many years and my late husband’s too. He has always been personable, caring, and knowledgeable for things in his field. He He takes concerns seriously and works to resolve all that are resolvable with in his area of expertise, willing to send you to other doctors if need be!!
