Hell on Earth!!!!! Being held hostage by a property that does not care about its tenants health, safety or well being! I have a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom duplex on the property and my basement flooded back in June. This is the 5th leak since April 2017 and my house currently has mold and mildew.
