It is so sad that you are closing. We have some wonderful memories of some great meals; some for special occasions and some just because it's a great place to dine. We will miss you.

Was yelled at and eventually hung up on by one of their employees. Food was greasy and overcooked.
I just called to ask a question. The maitre-D who has been there for ages answers. He was as rude as he usually is. This man has been rude to guests for years. Um, hey Cafe Capriccio is right up the street; the staff are the best and really nice. Hm...that's probably why we never go to Lombardos not to mention the food is better. Wanted to use a gift card before they close their doors...but never mind that. It's not worth the trouble. I'd rather pay somewhere than deal with rude, ungrateful staff.
Ever since we found out about the closing my office has ordered lunch for takeout a few times. My Tortellini alla Panna, although just as good as always, was half the usual portion and the salad was pitiful. I had debated on going back on Monday, but not now. Thanks for screwing over loyal, long time customers.
