From my experience id recommend you STAY AWAY from these people if you are in tampa or looking to move into the city. Especially the "Team Juvert" realtors associated with this real estate company. They treat you poorly , have little to no communication (i had to bug them over and over just to get a response) and the approval process is definitely sketchy, they ask for sensitive information when applying. Never ever ever looking their way again.
