The current management at Lombardo is not helpful, and the service quality is worst has noticeably declined compared to their previous location. Unfortunately, based on my recent experience, I would not recommend this place to others.
Its 0 star, Very disappointing and worst experience with the management at Lombardo. We’ve decided not to proceed with our purchase due to the lack of support and accountability. Mike, in particular, was unhelpful—offering polite conversation but no real solutions. It's surprising to see such poor service from a brand like Lombardo.
Terrible experience with Lombardo. Mike's recent management is awful, with poor service and staff turnover. We're happy we chose McBride – better prices and community. Lombardo's promised amenities are lacking, and Jack's team has widespread service complaints.
Worst experience: I recently had a very negative experience with Lombardo Homes, specifically at the Sutton Farms development. My interactions with Megan, who was working there at the time, were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Due to her lack of assistance, my friends and I decided to purchase a home in the nearby McBride development instead.
