As a REALTOR® myself, I’ve had several clients build, buy, and sell Lombardo homes, and I must say they are my absolute favorite builder in the St. Louis area. They truly build a beautiful product. We haven’t built our home yet but the entire purchasing process has been great. They listened to us from the start and guided us through the process. They showed us the home plans available, standard options, and then allowed us to customize things as we moved along. There was no pressure to sign or to “close the deal”. We went with them based on their reputation, location of development, and homes available.
The current management at Lombardo is not helpful, and the service quality is worst has noticeably declined compared to their previous location. Unfortunately, based on my recent experience, I would not recommend this place to others.
Its 0 star, Very disappointing and worst experience with the management at Lombardo. We’ve decided not to proceed with our purchase due to the lack of support and accountability. Mike, in particular, was unhelpful—offering polite conversation but no real solutions. It's surprising to see such poor service from a brand like Lombardo.
Terrible experience with Lombardo. Mike's recent management is awful, with poor service and staff turnover. We're happy we chose McBride – better prices and community. Lombardo's promised amenities are lacking, and Jack's team has widespread service complaints.
