Just had the most horrible experience at this location waited 35 minutes after I paid for my lunch before I got up and asked about my simple fried fish order..the manager came up and thankfully did his job and returned my money since I still didn't get my food.... thanks for nothing � very disappointed and now back to my office hungry horrible service horrible attitude horribly hungry �

Our favorite place to eat lunch when in Orlando. Today, not so good! Has the management changed? Oysters (basket) great as usual. Corn fritters harder than hockey pucks! French fries over cooked and hard. Asked about side order of clam chowder. Cashier said "best in town". Self serve, chowder was scorched (burned on bottom). When I advised cashier that chowder was burned, she gave me a dirty look. We finished our meal and no one made any attempt to rectify the situation.
