This regards Tacerna in Buckhead. Fix your corporate location restaurants!!! There's absolutely no excuse for what I experienced today at one of your restaurants. I just learned you have left a broken aircon unit since the summer. The sound of this broken unit sounds like bring on a runway with a jet plane taking off. There's no break in the sounds. This is harmful to your staff and guest's hearing. Half your staff has probably lost their hearing for life and/ or developed tinitus.
My favorite Italian restaurant. Definitely 5 Stars.
