To whom it may concern, As regards my visit to Dr. Lombardi, I was very pleased with Dee and all of the staff as usual, then this ltalian looking guy with funny glasses came and very thing went to shit. Where is the sweet old guy that used to be there and that sweet receptionist (I think her name was Linda? Do you deliver my toothbrush or do I have to pick it up? Regards, Jim English
