This dealership has a nice service department. I bought an oil change package so they look things over every six months.
I have been bringing my car here for service for the past 7–8 years. Unfortunately, my last couple of visits have been disappointing, especially the most recent PM service. The vehicle I brought in has a light gray interior and is exceptionally clean and well maintained. At least it was until the service was completed. Mario took advantage of my father who didn’t know any better and told him the battery was dead and wouldn’t hold a charge. Kept the old battery and checked the voltage, it’s at 12.3 (SAME AS THE NEW BATTERY THEY SOLD HIM) Horrible service, not trustworthy. Go to Oakbrook.
