Excellent customer service, bought 3 cars from this location. Best deals around.
Don't go to Lombard Toyota service unless you are in for a shock with the price. We purchased 3 new vehicles from them and had them serviced at Lombard. My husband took our car in for an oil change, and they charged a total of $98 for just a synthetic oil change with no other service. The 6 months ago we paid $39. They did wash the care this time but that was not worth the extra $60 cost. We were shocked.

Do not go here for service. My husband brought his car in for an oil change, and they called saying we needed $4000 worth of work. My husband agreed to one of the things that only cost a few hundred dollars, but they went ahead and did around $3,000 worth of unapproved work. My husband was able to stop them from doing the last part of the work when he called to see if the car was ready.
