These guys are great, they made me feel comfortable. I got a cleaning and they were able to identify issues that I need to get dealt with.
Initially had a great experience with this Dental office with Dr. Bansal (owner) of the clinic. Not only was he professional, polite and kind but he does a good job explaining to patients each step. I have been a very loyal customer to this office with multiple visits yearly. Reason for the one star is the filling operated by Dr. Lim was not done properly ; had to be redone a few weeks later and this clinic tried to acuse me of mis -payments even though insurance company mentioned payments went through. I had a great experience with them. The doctor and the staff were very professional and highly knowledgeable on any questions I had and with all the services.
Great central location - easy to get to and easy to find Staff were patient, friendly, and helpful. Straight forward billing and ease of navigating where they handled and took care of every aspect; taking the burden off of the client. Very appreciated. The hygenist and dentist were extremely kind, patient, and helpful in all aspects. Terrible reception staff. Wasn’t going to leave a review, but they continue to send me appointment booking reminders and every single time I reply unsub! I left because the previous receptionist booked my tooth extraction on a day the dentist was at a conference. I booked off work had everything ready and then I came for X-rays like a week before & they told me I had to reschedule the extraction because the receptionist made a mistake.
