Very Trustworthy! They were very helpful when my car was in an accident. Already, it's a horrible experience and they made it as painless as possible to get my car up and running in a few short days. Jack was very helpful in keeping me in the loop of exactly what was wrong with my car. He even worked directly with my insurance adjuster as there were a few hiccups along the way. I would highly recommend this shop. They do quality work, reasonably priced and great customer service.
Lombard Collision Works rocks I really like this place! ÂThey treated me and my dog with utmost respect and put a muffler on my car cheap, fast, and did a very good job too. Â I will return for anything else my car needs, along with my dog, as usual.
Great Service and Excellent Work I've had body work done a few times at Lombard Collision and each time it was done perfectly and with no problems. Color match and finish are great. Any problems or oversights are happily taken care of. Spencer is one of the owners and is very pleasant and professional to deal with. The only drawback is that the location is on busy Lombard Street and sometimes getting in or out is challenging. Highly Recommended PROS: CONS: Located on busy street so challenging to get in and out
Repair done well, interior left a mess My wife's car was at LCW for over 2 weeks for $8000 of collision repair. The repairs were fine, but the car came back with grease all over the front and rear upholstery, even on the backs of the front seats. There was some car bumper in the back seat when she went to get the car - the bumper was from a VW, and her car is a Prius! We're waiting to see if they will pay to have the upholstery cleaned/car detailed without a fuss.....
