Alex waited on us and offered us wonderful customer service. He helped us make our choices. He read our taste and Budget and made various suggestions. he stayed with us the entire time as we were making our selection . It turned out I preferred a more expensive rug, but it was out of budget. He talked to management and came to a price that fit our needs and we bought the rug and he was great.
Looking to redo flooring in our basement that was pet-proof. Had a wide selection of vinyl flooring at very reasonable prices. Chris took the time to answer all our questions and concerns, and walked us through different products plus/ minuses to compare and give us the best option. Made the quote, ordering, and scheduling with minimal hassle, and was easy to get ahold of.
Went to the Whitehall location. Karen was great! She helped us pick the perfect carpet at a great price! She also setup installation in 2 days! Very satisfied customer
