We just purchased our new area rug from Lomax, and we love it! Shout out to Chris who had to put up with my indecisiveness the first day, and then again, 3 days later when we actually made our choice and brought one home. He was very patient, had the rug put on the floor to get a better look, so we could be sure. We purchased ceramic tiles for a kitchen floor. All of the staff were extremely helpful and nice to do business with. We, initially met with Dorothy who helped us with advise on type of tile to use. We then later, along with Dorothy received assistance from store managers. The 1st tile we picked was no longer available and Lomax did the correct thing business wise in helping us with that issue. The service coordinated with Karen has been exceptional and greatly appreciated. Our floors are beautiful!! After searching and waiting, while saving, anyone can relate. Ian is so helpful when you have any questions about flooring or carpeting. I had new flooring installed in my kitchen by Carlos and I can not praise him enough for the great job he did. He knows what he is doing when installing flooring.

From start to finish, they did an excellent job. Alex, the salesman, was informative, listened to my needs and was always a phone call away! As for the installers, Carlos and his crew were unbelievable. They never cut corners, took their time, they just made sure they did it right. Couldn’t ask for a better company to do business with.
