My husband and I were looking for bathroom tile and stopped into Lomax Carpet & Tile Mart. We had the best experience!! They had just opened yesterday and you would never have known it. I can’t recommend Megan enough! Everyone was helpful and kind, but Megan really went above and beyond. It took me over six months to decide on a floor and she was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. She is the reason we chose to work with Lomax after checking out a few other places in the Valley. Truly wonderful!
I had the pleasure of working with Megan Senese and her manager Karen Allen just a few weeks ago. The experience was absolutely fantastic! I've sold cars for 42 years and was very impressed with the remarkable service! True professionals and they are a credit to lomax carpet and tile mart!!!! I think I'll return to replace more carpet because of the spectacular service, even though I don't need anything else! PS. The sandwich was great too...
