The staff here is helpful and very knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of carpet, from inexpensive lower end to luxurious high end brands. From area rugs to runners to fully installed carpet, you can't beat the selection or price. Our salesperson was Rick; he is amazing, and I highly recommend dealing with him or any of the other salespeople there.
We recently purchased new carpet with the help of Alex Fafara, and it was such a great experience. He listened to what we wanted, offered expert advice without being pushy, and helped us choose the perfect carpet for our home. The installation went smoothly, and the end result looks beautiful. We highly recommend him for anyone shopping for carpet!

Excellent customer service! We had an issue with the pricing on our carpet when it was delivered. The store manager personally addressed the issue for us, gave us credit for the difference in price and could not have been more pleasant about it. Despite the bump in the road, the carpets are lovely. The quality is good and I absolutely would tell anybody That you can’t go wrong using this company!
