Go to Casa Hacienda. Food quality was not high. If you want authentic, go elsewhere. Chicken was rubber in texture and beans tasted bland. Also, menu customization is apparently a big issue. I wanted my meal without the large sides of rice and beans, but you have to order something 'a la carte' and smaller in portion. Ordered takeout but looked nice inside and the greeter was casual and polite. Food quality was on point. Horchatas were massive!
We picked up our online order at your Westerville location and our “wet” burritos did not include any cheese sauce, which made them extremely dry. Additionally, while eating my ground beef chimichanga, I found large chunks of beef that were RAW when cut into. As a result, both entrées were inedible. We also did not receive any salsa with our chips…I am extremely disappointed with the food quality, particularly given the food safety concern with the undercooked meat. Gross. Do better.
