I have lived here for 13 years. Never had an issue that didn't get fixed immediately. The apartments have been around since 1966 but look very good. Bruce was always very professional with a positive attitude. Neighbors are quite with a few exceptions over the years. Cruise has been very responsive.
I rented from Lomar for about 8-9 years. The first 4 years were amazing. Attentive staff, they answered their phones, and I genuinely felt safe. The price for my huge apartment was amazing! $900 a month with water included and getting in was no problem. HOWEVER, The last 4-5 years were absolutely miserable. Just a little before COVID I believe company may have changed hands and they really became more money motivated. They never answer the phone when you call and they’re always closed earlier than the time it says on google…I called at 2:30pm and they were closed for the day and that happened a few days last week
