RecommendedNice community and still getting better
My Husband and I applied was working with Mariana Medrano who was nice and professional in the beginning. We got approved but because of our income, We needed a co signer which I don’t understand being my husband works two jobs plus my income. Mariana calls back asking were we able to get a co signer. I like the area. close to many things I like. I'm from NM and about the only thing I miss is the New Mexican food ie, Red and Green chilie. and all the Flavor. So far everyone from the neighbors to the leasing staff are kind and friendly folks. My favorite place so far is Craig Ranch and my gym. with the exception of the summer heat the autumn has been beautiful beyond words. Definately looking forward to the Air show @ Nellis this weekend with my Fiance.

I had to break my lease to move back to Colorado back in August. My apartment was in excellent condition when I left. I was told in a month I would need to contact debt logic for payment arrangements. I called them today 2 months later and no record of me. I’m now left wondering where my $600 deposit check is now!? I want answers as to why I haven’t received it! Please have someone contact me.
Alot of drug dealer , kicking out 60 year old people saying they dealing drug cause they have family over. Haveing security watch them for two weeks. My dad and mom pay rent on time. But right across there drug dealer with a lot of people comeing and going. The murder last month was a drug deal went bad one person murder. Right across from there build. I was out side watch the hole thing. Herd it saw it. They did nothing.
