RecommendedLoma Vista is a great place to be. Close and convenient to major shopping, etc. They just redid my kitchen floor and it beautiful. Highly recommended!

Clean up outside and do something about the urine smell. Supposedly they have but if they did, it did not work. This place is so nasty.
If your looking for expensive rent and no one to fix anything in your apartment move here. Don’t resign your lease expecting anything not even a carpet cleaning. The only benefit is that you might buy a house after living here because you’ll be terrified to ever rent again.
The staff at Loma Vista have been great to work with. Especially during this pandemic crisis. They are helpful and willing to help when they can.
Tried to charge $500 each an animal for a deposit??!? When our lease clearly states 200? during a pandemic? HELL NO. the property manager was extremely rude to my husband as well lied to him on the phone saying the lease said 500. Maintenance also completely shattered my patio door when weed eating. Not only sending me into a panic attack, but causing my husband to rush home from work to handle things. There is still glass all over my patio weeks later. Took weeks and several calls to get maintenance in, and they didn't alert us to what time they would arrive. Woke my sick wife up before 8 a.m. with no warning. And now they are trying to charge $500 per pet during a pandemic. These people only want money and don't care about anything else. Do not trust them.
I was very disappointed with the service I received. Mariana was so rude and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend anyone move there. So unfortunate
Maintenance needs to come fix my leaking sink I reported since Jan 9.
