I decided to come every month since the staff is so wonderful. But I now got COVID and I had to reschedule. I tried to phone twice with no answer. I emailed and got no reply. Then the receptionist calls me and asks me where I am. I ask to reschedule, but she then informs me that I have to reschedule an appointment within 6 days. I explain that I don't want to reschedule until I know that I am well. She says that is policy and charges me 30 dollars for a no-show.
