There’s no AC. Hard to communicate. Place needy to be cleaned.
My wife purchased a gift card from Loma Massage. After my first attempt to book I received these texts (see image). My second attempt was after renovations, booked an appointment over the phone, went to the location and was told they do not take this gift card after new ownership two months ago. Not sure what to believe since the initial communication had nothing to do with change of ownership. Is it just me or are these unfair business practices? This should have been communicated ahead of time. I turned around and left.
Good massage but they had no hot water in the shower but I took one anyway
It was truly wonderful- they were so sweet and professional. My husband and I got a couples massage. My husband has had horrible back issues and got a deep tissue and he said it was the best he's had. Would definitely recommend them and if we didn't live out of state, would make them a regular visit.
