I kept receiving texts and calls from them claiming that "someone" owed them money, but no name was provided. When I called to ask them to remove my phone number, the billing department said they could not do it. They claimed that only the person who supposedly gave my phone number (and whose name they have) could request the removal. Basically, they are texting random people and, when someone calls back, they ask for your full name and date of birth so they can "update" the account. I love taking my kid here. Doctors and Nurses are great, I never have to wait for more than 15 mins. I recommend. The doctors actually care and are still passionate about taking care of the children other doctors phase out over the years. They take their time and ask you questions and answer all your questions.
