First of all the staff is extremely rude & unprofessional here, I had made my 1st appointment and because of a family emergency needed to reschedule.. wich ever woman I spoke with told me to look for another doctor and refused to change my appointment date. I never got to see a doctor, but if the front office staff is this way with clients, then I wouldn't bother trying to see a doctor here. They need to take people's health seriously. Don't take me wrong, I will always rate Loma Linda Doctors 5 starts, however the staff at this particular office is rude, unprofessional and they lack of sympathy in why they are in medical field. IF you want to get the best experience of Loma Linda go to any other office but not the one in Moreno Valley.
