When Dr.Janessa James was here everything good but after she left it’s not same anymore. Also for the Bald guy nurse who work in pediatric . He is RUDE!!! My son is non verbal, he keeps telling no to my son. I told him my son won’t understand, but he doesn’t care
My experience with this facility has declined significantly compared to previous years. In the past, the level of care was excellent—Dr. Janessa James was exceptional, and the staff was consistently professional and efficient. I did not encounter any issues during that time. However, throughout 2025 and into 2026, management and scheduling have become increasingly problematic. Securing an appointment now requires considerable effort.
