This is for ophthalmology, Staff is nice but I got here when they asked then we waited for 30 minutes and got initially seen and then got kicked out to the waiting room again because they were under staffed and had to wait all over again again. Having to wait two different times is not acceptable. Im sure if I showed up an hour late they wouldn't see me and make me reschedule. Management need to be considerate of pations time and have better time management.

Having a double vision experience, I went for a comprehensive eye exam. After the tests and talking to the doctor, they could not find anything wrong. Sure enough four month later when I brought up the issue with my regular doctor, I found out about Myasthenia Gravis. It is a shame to call yourself an eye institute, and unable to diagnose such an obvious sign for a neural condition.
