Had the worst Experience today! My appointment was at 12:50 But was advised to be there by 12:35 so I definitely was. I literally sat in a room with my one year-old for more than an hour and did not get to see a doctor because unfortunately, I have other children that I have to to pick up from school. Medical students kept coming in saying the doctor would be in shortly and then when they would speak to me about my son’s condition They would look at each other and ask each other if they needed to be taking notes. I called and spoke with Sonia. I’m looking for a pediatric ophthalmologist. Although she wasn’t rude she wasn’t friendly. As I asked questions about their office she made me feel that I was bothering her. If this is how they speak to perspective patients I can only imagine how they treat their patients. To give her the benefit of the doubt maybe she was having a bad day?
