Terrible experience do not go here if you need professional help
The nurses, doctors and social workers were good. They communicated well. What I did not appreciate was being talked rudely to by the receptionist in the main hall. She had an attitude, and questioned regarding my child. I don't believe that was very professional, and none of her business. Even my child was upset thinking they were at fault for the receptionist being rude. I was not going to explain my child's situation in the lobby.
