The nurses, doctors and social workers were good. They communicated well. What I did not appreciate was being talked rudely to by the receptionist in the main hall. She had an attitude, and questioned regarding my child. I don't believe that was very professional, and none of her business. Even my child was upset thinking they were at fault for the receptionist being rude. I was not going to explain my child's situation in the lobby. Our family is going through a lot with trying to help our kid, and didn't need any snarky co... read more

Nurses here are very kind patient and understanding. This PROGRAM TREATS WITH MEDICINE, and interaction with others having similar clusters of issues, which sounds great. My problems started with transportation. I overcame this. Next issue was pharmaceutical, I told the nurses in the morning my blood sugar was low and I was dizzy. They measured my blood pressure. Gave me some water and directed me to class or I would be marked down as tardy, for review if I'm still eligible. That is important and pretense for this review as ... read more

I came here at 12 years old, it was traumatizing. I was terrified and anxious. First time using the bathroom there, a spider came down from the ceiling. We aren't allowed outside. My roommate ripped a socket off a wall, which led to me having to sleep in a hallway on a chair. There was a lot of yelling and scary nurses. Its very dirty and the food is bad. The therapists don't do anything, the staff are rude, gave me a major depressive episode and made my crisis worse.

This place is the worst facility for teenagers. Staff is very rude and entitled. There's not enough kindness or understanding for the young patient. Not only the service is bad. My daughter experienced pure negligence. Certified nurse give her someone else's pills. It was 2 different medications from another girl with the same name but different last name. During discharged day, they refused to give me a report or records of those medication. I bet they lied to me when they told me that administration was investigating the i... read more
