My hubby and I have been receiving care from Loma Linda since 2007 and absolutely LOVE LLUMC and all of the practitioners we have encountered along the way. We have never had a bad experience with anyone from the receptionists to the surgical department heads. 🥰
Unable to see any provider to establish care due to multiple cancellations. Review is based on access to care, continuity of care ( established with a different clinic location), and poor follow up after initial cancellation call. The process has been challenging leading to frustration. Hoping the clinic gets more support to help serve the needs of the community.
This place desperately needs a 2nd phlebotomist. I made my appointment for 0830, and the place was packed. People had to stand in the hallway, which is fine, but the staff didn't look for them when it was their turn. I waited for an hour, and it took several minutes even just between patients for the next to be called. It didn't used to be this way, but the last few times I've gone to this location, it has been this busy, but not this slow. At least bring in a 2nd phlebotomist for the busier times.
