POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Always late to open store! Waited 25 minutes along with others. No apology, no help offered to find things. If always going to be late, should change the hours of operation. Poor retail skills of running a business like that!
GREAT STORE - EXCELLENT SERVICE Loma Linda Uniforms is the ULTIMATE uniform store. The service is fantastic. The selection is great. If by chance they do not have your uniform / shoes / item in stock, they order immediately. Their follow-up is excellent. They ALWAYS call you back to let you know that your uniform has arrived. And they even give a LLU/LLUMCstudent / employee discount. My husband and I are both nurses, and for years we have consistently purchased our uniforms / supplies at this store. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
