This has to be the most uncoordinated and unprofessional office I've encountered in the state. July 28 they set a patient portal welcome email. I signed up it said no appointments no paperwork nothing. No further communication. No phone calls no texts no emails absolutely nothing until 440 pm the day before my 10 am appointment saying 'we still didn't get your new patient paperwork" yeah because you have never sent it, contacted me or spoken to me. Please be wary of LLPMG. If you have any recurrent issues with your provider or obtaining medication, call and file a grievance with your insurance ASAP. Also, "Dr. Macias" is a DNP, she is not a medical doctor, she is a nurse practioner and it is illegal for all DNPs in California to refer to themselves as such according to California’s Business and Professions Code § 2054(a) (“Section 2054”) as of September 2025. All the bad things you hear about this place ARE TRUE BELIEVE. I have never been to such a poorly ran MENTAL health center before. It’s true what’s others say they barely answer the phone either it’s the same person idk but they have attitude for no reason. I desperately needed to see my psychiatrist for my first appointment I had been waiting for and I was 5 mins late cuz they called me early and had to reschedule me for a later date.
