Hello is this place still open, can you Guy's clean your voice mail, I need to contact you guy's, how many hours of lunch you get? Like 4 or 5, then you guys get upset if we the patient miss an appointment, trying to call to reschedule it, but no answers, then the appointment came, and I missed it cause I had work, so I got flagged, but prior to the appointment was calling tons of time to reschedule it and no answer plus, Clean the voicemail please
Please do not come here. They do not look out for your best interest. -The phone service is poor. ( I am never able to connect to a representative, they rarely answer their phones). -The administration staff is incompetent. (scheduling me at wrong times, unable to write my information on my file correctly). -I will never receive my medications on time ( I have to call multiple times just for them to re-order it when they should have done it the day of the appointment). -I went in to see a provider, this person berated me and... read more
I want to thank LL psychiatric md grp for having such a compassionate, understanding employee Monique Carlin. She kindly solved a issue with NO JUDGEMENT and left me feeling SAFE like your facility really cares for me. People like Monique give people HOPE. I'm truly blessed to have Dr. Alex Capachino who is also compassionate and professional I thank LL psychiatric for making me feel safe and know there's hope out here in this world. Their psychiatrists do not attend virtual meetings or refill medications on time. Office does not handle urgent requests for medications seriously. Have been in contact with them regarding medication refills multiple times and nothing has changed even after booking appointment as psychiatrist did not even show up to virtual appointment.
Very nice And friendly staff. I wished I knew about them in the past I am going to refer them to my friends and relatives. Thank you so much for caring and understanding and listening.
