Amazing experience!
My husband and I both had appointments today, and the entire experience was wonderful. Dr. Charles took the time to explain everything he was seeing, taught us some really interesting things about our eyes, and pointed out the unique differences between our exams. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to understand their eye health, not just get them in and out.
