generally love larosas but i suggest picking virtually any other location. while waiting in the parking lot for our order, a staff member arrived in the spot beside us smoking a cigarette with the windows down. upon rolling the windows back up, she took personal offense and asked us to go somewhere else. quitting nicotine is hard enough without having cigarette smoke blown into my open windows. i don't care about a refund for the order i never received, but i wish i could refund the tip 😂✌️ oakley location stays superior

Ordered deliver they use door dash Dropped off took pic and was wrong building. Rosa’ said door dash not their problem, need get better delivery, acted like care less . Supposedly talked manager sounded like little kid . Never had any delivery issues with anyone door dash wasn’t any help said they call driver. I said gave you detailed directions? We didn’t eat in ? Can you eat in this establishment? Anyways I used to eat this pizza back in the day. We drove a distance to get a good pizza and calzone. My pizza was hard inc the bottom and so was the crust. Overcooked or old dough. Calzone was also dry and overcooked. Salad had old cucumbers. They were frozen. Tomatoes on the salad were old and not enough cheese on the salad we requested. Used to love this place. Overpriced and not worth the price anymore
Best authentic pizza near North Royalton! I would disregard the other people‘s bad reviews because this place deserves its five stars! I worked in an authentic Sicilian pizza parlor for many years and I know good ingredients. Rosa ’s has authentic ingredients. Their pizza sauce is delicious. The tomatoes are fresh.
