Cool coworking and micro-warehousing space near downtown Rogers. There’s hot desks, private offices, soundproof booths, a conference room, and individual micro warehouse spaces, along with a loading and receive deck.

So bad, and I’m shocked there aren’t more people sharing their feelings. You know who you are. Loloft continues to have heating issues in the winter. Owner claimed it was fixed and it clearly isn’t. Today it was a nice 56 degrees in the facility when I came in. Owners spend money on parties and get togethers vs fixing this place. It’s incredibly expensive, full of rules, and owners are not kind. I would rent a shed with a space heater and you would be better off and less stressed. Concept is good, it’s not being run well….

Not a good experience here at all. The facility looks like it was thrown together without forethought. I’ve been renting one of the smallest units for my team and it’s absolutely freezing cold and the heat doesn’t work. We are all miserable here. I’ve reported this several times to the desk woman and nothing has been done. The rent is extraordinarily high and this place is colder than sitting in my own garage. Do not rent here until they make major changes and upgrades.
