When I come back to visit Salt Lake I always come back. Eating here is a particular core memory for me. No matter what is on the agenda: hiking, upscale eateries, Swig, make it a priority to stop here. I'm very particular about my home-made Katsu and Lolo is the only ones who I admit will fully match mine. Great value for the food, its always delicious, its great to mix and match and share with other people, hands down its always delicious.
