Great Valentines Day bouquet for my wife. Nice selection and appearance, and she was very pleased. Thanks for getting them here despite snow & ice.
Worst service ever! Just talked to the owner about the order I placed and was incorrectly delivered and product was not worth the cost when finally received. Her statement to me was "I don't care about your review I have been in business for over 30 years so it doesn't matter". Well, being a small business owner myself you should always care about your customers and try to fix issues.
