I ordered flowers and chocolates for my wife in under 5 minutes online and they were promptly delivered, the arrangement was beautiful, the chocolates are perfect and my wife was over the moon. Including a tip all for under a $100? I call that a great deal and a well runned business! However, I’ve tried them two more times on special occasions and I was over the moon underwhelmed by their arrangements. Consistency is key and they just don’t have it.
Every time I order, I get a florist's choice arrangement, and I send an email with a simple request for specific flowers or colors to include. Then I let these expert florists work their magic. The most recent order, I told them the recipient's favorite colors are orange, green, and silver, and they came through with a beautiful arrangement that perfectly fit the criteria. Buyer beware this company withholds monies owed to their suppliers for no apparent reason. I would not extend them any credit terms.
