Great Valentines Day bouquet for my wife. Nice selection and appearance, and she was very pleased. Thanks for getting them here despite snow & ice.
Worst service ever! Just talked to the owner about the order I placed and was incorrectly delivered and product was not worth the cost when finally received. Her statement to me was "I don't care about your review I have been in business for over 30 years so it doesn't matter". Well, being a small business owner myself you should always care about your customers and try to fix issues. Disappointment for sure. My husband has never sent me flowers and decided on the anniversary to send me a nice bouquet. He got a recommendation from his daughter who had received a gorgeous bouquet at one point from a friend. He also likes to support local businesses, This place has been around for a long time so he was confident that the flowers he was sending was going to be gorgeous.
