Excellent Service!:-) After trying several contractors who either did not reply or stated that this was a busy time of year and then did not reply, Lollo and Allan said they could do the job and had a contractor here in 20 minutes. Horrendous workmanship. Workmanship set fire to the house. Owner is extremely arrogant and when asked to rectify works. They flat our refused and blamed the equipment. Be very careful of this business.
Exceptional
Over 2 weeks wait for a quote and information on a replacement hot water system following the floods. 2 phone calls in that time to finally find out they had no intention of sending the quote because they cant quote a replacement. Worst customer service and zero communication. Left a patient business with no hot water for 2 weeks with no intention of letting us know.
