⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with the customer service from the male owner at Lollipops Pakenham. I have a Small Ideas membership that allows me to purchase up to four discounted entry tickets. I had just entered the gate with my daughters and had only used one of my discounted entries. My friend was still at the car while her two boys were waiting inside at the counter. Definitely needs deep cleaning. Bad smell in Playing area and everything feels Oily.
We've always be happy going here, cleaner than other play centres around although not perfect. Spills are cleaned as soon as you alert staff. The play areas are accessible for younger kids with lower steps etc. Food and coffee tastes good but can take a while when busy.
This place is so dirty and run down, needs to be cleaned better and so many things replaced instead of duct taped. Won’t be going back here.
