We had a wonderful experience celebrating our daughter’s 8th birthday at Lollipops Penrith. The venue was well-organized and enjoyable for all the children. Hennah was an exceptional host — attentive, professional, and warm throughout the event. Sam was also very accommodating and provided great assistance when the soft candy machine experienced a brief issue due to high demand. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service and atmosphere. Highly recommend Lollipops for a fun and stress-free birthday celebrations.
We had the best fun for 2 of my granddaughters Lollipops is clean and well supervised and provided many party games, entertainment and yummy food And a special thanks and shout out to Noah who was an amazing and fun host Ivy was awesome too and was kind and gentle with the kids Will definitely be back Thanks lollipops
We just had our private function at Lollipops Penrith, and it was nothing short of perfection! The playland is pristine, facilities are clean, the staff are phenomenal and the cafe is fabulous! This playland isn’t the closest to us but it is worth the trip completely. Huge shoutout to Sam, Noah & Ivy who were the best hosts we could have asked for. Our party was an absolute success and I will sing the praises of the Lollipops Penrith team (and venue) to whoever will listen!!! 🩷
I just wanted to email and say how great the host - Isaac, was at the party we attended yesterday. He was very attentive to the parents and kids needs around the food and drink. He also showed great enthusiasm when interacting with them during the games. It was just great to see the effort put into party by this young man in a world where work can often be a drag and you can see staff half heartedly involving themselves in these places. Well done Isaac, your attitude helped the kids have a great time.
After coming here a few times and liking the centre we decided to have my daughter’s 5th Birthday here. She had Noah as a host- what an amazing birthday it was!! She said it was the best birthday party ever! Noah made every kid feel included in the party and every kid was smiling. He had such an amazing energy that made the day special. I was kept informed about how the party would run and when the events such as tea cup ride and blaster would be.
