***if you’re not Indian, you’re simply not welcome*** Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional and racist. The way some people were treated based on their background was completely unacceptable. The playground was also extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Compared to other play centers it was probably below average, seemingly a bit dingy. It did have a really cool car ride and a rock climbing wall that was cool though. The rock climbing and car ride have redeemed it from an otherwise 2 star rating.
I would like to share my feedback about my experiences at this playground, as unfortunately, I have had several disappointing experiences during my visits. When I first purchased a membership, I was informed that the membership system was not available on the computer. I asked what would happen if I lost my membership card, and I was told that keeping a photo of the card would be sufficient. Unfortunately, I lost my card a few weeks later. Play Areas: There's enough for kids to enjoy for one or two visits, but there's a big focus on paid machines. Staff: Mostly okay. Some are really friendly and work hard to create a family friendly experience. The young man playing Mr. Lollipop was clearly 'embarrassed' by the idea so just meandered in and out. Food: For a play center, it was quite good. Party package: Decent value for money from my perspective. Kids were happy. Though party rooms have quite a few spider webs around. Floor was kept clean though.
We celebrated our daughter's birthday over the weekend and we absolutely enjoyed the space. The kids had a wonderful time and the food for adults and kids was good. Our host was also amazing! We look forward having our next birthday here soon. :)
