***I have received lollipops response as you can see below..the irony of this is that the review below me is a complaint about poor food hygiene and being sick from being served undercooked food. “We understand how concerning it would be to receive a burger that wasn't cooked to the expected standard. As soon as this was brought to our team's attention, the burger was replaced immediately, as we always want to resolve any issues on the spot.” Lies!!! I never received another burger nor did the staff acknowledge it was undercooked. The fact you lied to a negative review shows the quality of your facility. Probably the worst play centre I’ve visited - shameful.

Don’t think those teenagers should be cooking. I’m sick as a dog today from this uncooked burger. Standards at this place are so poor. So glad my kids only ate chips.
Very disappointed with our experience at Lollipop’s Clyde North. The customer service was poor from the moment we arrived. The play centre was so dark that we could barely see the balls on the floor in some areas. My daughter absolutely loves playing in this section (photo attached), but today she couldn’t enjoy it because the lighting was so poor.
