Took my toddler to get his first haircut. We called about an hour before we wanted to go and they answered the phone quickly and had availability for us whenever. Lulu did a great job cutting my son's hair. He was comfortable and happy and says he loves the cut. I asked if she could trim my bangs last minute before leaving and she was happy to. Price was way lower than I was expecting, especially for such great quality! I would absolutely reccomend. Thank you Lulu!
We had a 9 a.m. appointment for my one-year-old and no one showed up. :( We waited 15 minutes and called the number listed, but no answer. I hope everyone’s okay if there was an emergency, but we received no communication from them. I was excited to give them a try after seeing their work on Instagram, but was left feeling super disappointed.
