I am incredibly disappointed and frankly, offended, by my experience picking up an order here. I came to support this local business, but I was met with blatant disrespect from the boss herself. My girlfriend arrived at the restaurant to pick up our food. When she checked in, the female boss told her to wait for some time. I am totally fine to wait, but what happened next was unacceptable. excellent boba; i had the taro typhoon & friend had the Sea Salt with a couple add on the owner recommended. Great customer service for being close 30mins to closing.
