Look up the quality of their homes on YouTube. When inspected there are broken trusses bad foundations cracked walls and frames among MANY other issues with their extremely POOR quality work. PLEASE save yourself a nightmare and DO NOT buy from any Taylor Morrison or affiliates.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been extremely disappointed with my Taylor Morrison-built condo—especially as someone living in the lower unit of a stacked condo layout. During the sales process, I was told by a sales agent that the building’s resiliency channels would prevent excessive noise from the upstairs neighbors. That turned out to be completely false. I wrote a complaint to the City of Beaverton about the constant chemical spraying on everything around this community, even perfectly healthy grass, and they said it’s a private issue to take up with the HOA or management company. To Taylor Morrison and HOA - please stop poisoning these grounds with constant pesticide and herbicide spraying. This is detrimental to the health of the community and the ecosystem around us.
