Look up the quality of their homes on YouTube. When inspected there are broken trusses bad foundations cracked walls and frames among MANY other issues with their extremely POOR quality work. PLEASE save yourself a nightmare and DO NOT buy from any Taylor Morrison or affiliates.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been extremely disappointed with my Taylor Morrison-built condo—especially as someone living in the lower unit of a stacked condo layout. During the sales process, I was told by a sales agent that the building’s resiliency channels would prevent excessive noise from the upstairs neighbors. That turned out to be completely false.
