Lola’s always delivers amazing food!
I ordered through the app. The credit card surcharge and app fee adds 10% to the cost of the meal. The convenience and security of this kind of transaction is a benefit to the business and makes it much more competitive. It should be treated as a cost of doing business and written off as an operating expense, not an upcharge as a favor done to customers. This will definitely discourage us from using the app in the future.
