I was really disappointed with my experience at Lola’s Tapas Bar. We had dinner there last Sunday and ordered two paellas. Unfortunately, both were very dry. I asked our waiter if we could have some olive oil, and instead of simply bringing it, he looked at me as if I had asked for something completely unreasonable. I even clarified that it was for the paellas, and his response was, “I’ll try to find you a little bit.” That was honestly surprising.
