Miss Lola is absolutely lovely to work with. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting her in 2017 for a land sale and the experience was great. She was such a delightful person to work with and gained our trust. This year we decided to sell the family farm and we knew that Miss Lola was the right fit. When we initially met to discuss putting our property up for sale we were introduced to Ginny who also was a pleasure getting to know. We have now extended our family to include Miss Lola and Ginny.
Lola Putt is one of the most patient, kind, loving, and caring agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with! She’s so detail-oriented and responsive!! I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to use Lola!!
I know of a couple that used this agent for their property in Hickory Valley,TN. This agent advised this couple to accept an offer while the agent hid that there was another interested party. Not only did this couple lose money, but another agent lost money on the property as this agent would have had to split the commission. Since she was the buyers and sellers agent for the offer she had the client accept, she received the full commission. Do not do business with Lola. She does not have an ounce of integrity.
This agent is dirty and underhanded. . Failure to disclose and unethical behavior are two of the descriptors that come to mind. If you are the buyer for a property she has, get inspections for everything. Do not let her show up at the inspection, as is her normal behavior. If you are beat out of a property she has, it’s possible that she is the sellers and buyers agent for the ones you lost to. She wants the whole 6%, before broker fee.
