Had an appointment to get my nails done with Madelyn which honestly everything went great. I love how everything turned out. Shes quick, efficient and kept asking questions to see if i liked what i was getting. The only thing I didn't appreciate was being made fun by the way i walk from the braider and someone else. I was in a car accident back in December which maybe I probably got up weird due to constant back pain but thats besides the point. Got a gelx a week ago. Already had 2 nails break. I’ve gotten gelx from other salons before with no issue. I prefer gelx because they are, in my experience, the most durable over acrylic and powder gel. Not from this salon apparently. $70 and hasn’t even last a week. Also they don’t do gelx fill in so you need to get a new $70 set every time. Crazy! Will not be back

this post is mainly about their pedicure service. the station is very uncomfortable, the platform where you put your feet slides so there is no stability. they use this cuticle cream and the girl always puts the applicator on my toes, this is not clean. i saw a client complain about the same issue i am having with the hot nail drill and any time i say or do anything she says "sorry", but continues to drill. i think she needs more practice with the drill because this shouldn't be a constant thing and changes should be made in... read more

Worse experience of my life! I’ve done russian and brazilian pedicures, but this place is hands down terrible. I made an appointment for 4, they called me to push back to 5. I got there at the time schedules and I wasn’t attended to until 6 something. I sit in the chair and everything is good, the place is beautiful. As soon as the girl gets started with my pedicure, it starts going bad.
