Came to Lola’s last night with my son who was home on leave from the airforce and the experience was NOT worth the money. Food took forever to come out, and it was lukewarm at best. Fries were cold . Service was extremely slow . I’m a fan of Michael Simons and looked forward to a great meal . Unfortunately, I will NEVER go back or recommend this restaurant ever. I could’ve saved $200 and got a better meal closer to home.

RecommendedService was great, as was the food. Loved the atmosphere. We planned our trip to Cleveland specifically around Michael Symon restaurants & Lola did not disappoint. We’re having Mabel’s tomorrow & coming back to Lola on Sat. before we leave Cleveland. Only thing that could have made our experience better would have been to meet Michael himself ❤️
