Lokre refused to work with a Madison tenant in good standing during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, this business was forced to close. This is reprehensible given the current situation. I would not do business with them!
Would not recommend. Aggressive. Forced a tenant to leave, threatened eviction during the global pandemic after tenant made multiple attempts to communicate/compromise and work through this unprecedented and understandably difficult situation.
