They are deplorable! They owed me under $500 and ignored each & every request! SIX months later, once they were given the message my Attorney was getting involved, in 15 MINUTES they had an account manager (a decent good person) phoned me. He had a 6 month problem solved in 30 minutes!!!!I was suppose to get a second key to this vehicle. The worst! ***** from the Clearwater Lokey location, he is a complete idiot. We took our Jetta into the dealership to get a recall starter replaced on it. Everything was fine after we left until a week later, the car wouldnt start up/had NO power even trying to jump start the vehicle. We tried calling multiple times to get ahold of *****. Lokey Volkswagen addressed the customer concerns. The vehicle was towed in after hours by the tow driver and a night envelope was not filled out.Subsequently, the tow driver left the keys in the vehicle. The customers vehicle has since been repaired and all is well.
I launched the model 3 in the Southeast and even ***** has better customer service than the ************ Im not in the market for a new car both our q5 and VW bug are paid in full as were several of our previous cars. No reward for loyalty? My experience with the finance department after buying a used car was not good. I was told if I happen to miss any signatures is it ok to overnight the paperwork? My boyfriend questioned that statement saying that there will be no need for that as we need to make sure not to miss any signatures. The finance guy continued to come at/harass my boyfriend making statements like you must have really been screwed over buying a car ultimately ending with him forcing him out of the room. The Nissan was purchased at Lokey (Nissan, Volkswagen, Subaru) on Volkswagen paperwork. The 1st oil change service paperwork noted a number of items needing attention. I had driven 3,000 miles. Nissan service staff did not resolve any problems. I was told “take that up with the people next door” Volkswagen. Volkswagen staff claimed it wasn’t possible for items to need service. Dropped my car off 2/19/2021. Received a call on. 6/7/2021 that it was finally ready. Called 2-4 times a week and left messages with service Guy. No return call. Spoke with manager once who said they were still waiting for a part. Stopped by after 6pm said service dept was closed. Called again several more times.even even drove on lot a few times after 10:30 pm to make sure car was still there and it was. This is my first and only experience buying a car from a dealership and wow is it terrible. When you finish the sale that's it you're history and a profit to them, their customer support is by far the worst I've ever dealt with.
